CRM for custom manufacturers
Modustra IQ’s CRM keeps leads, customers, contacts, quotes, and orders in one system, built around the way manufactured products are actually sold.
The CRM is the part of Modustra IQ you live in. Every lead, customer, and contact sits alongside the quotes and orders that belong to it, so the history of an account is one screen, not a folder of spreadsheets and a search through old email.
Because it was built for a manufacturer's sales desk rather than adapted from a generic sales tool, the pipeline follows how custom work actually moves: a lead becomes a customer, a request becomes a costed quote, a quote becomes an order, and an order becomes sales history you can go back to the next time that customer calls. Nothing is re-keyed between steps, and the numbers behind a quote stay attached to it.
The dashboard is where each day starts. Open orders and open quotes with the value behind them, what is late and what is at risk, open quotes and orders by salesperson, and invoiced sales against target for the fiscal year, all drawn from the same records the rest of the system runs on.

Frequently asked questions
- Is Modustra IQ a CRM or an ERP?
- A CRM first. The ERP layer is light: it carries a won quote through order entry, invoicing, returns, and credits, then hands the accounting to QuickBooks. It is not a general ledger.
- Does it handle quotes for custom or one-off work?
- Yes. One quote can mix catalogue items, customised versions of them, engineering services, and fully custom builds, each costed from its own bill of materials and labour.
- Can I see what a customer bought before?
- Yes. Each customer’s sales history, with what, when, and at what price, is there to pull forward into the next quote.
- Does the dashboard show sales against target?
- Yes. It shows open orders and quotes with the value behind them, what is late or at risk, and invoiced sales against target for the fiscal year, by salesperson.
