Prices are in Canadian dollars. Outside Canada, you're billed in US dollars and you'll see the USD price when you sign up.
How the plans work
Sales licences are for the people who quote and sell, production licences for the people on the shop floor. CRM has sales licences only. Pro adds the ERP side (orders, invoicing, inventory, and production) and the production licences that go with it. Add or drop seats whenever you like.
Canadian companies pay in Canadian dollars. Everyone else pays in US dollars. Pay yearly and you get twelve months for the price of ten. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial, yearly included, and nothing is charged until it ends.
Pricing questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Lite costs nothing and includes two sales licences with the core tools. Some of the tools in CRM and Pro aren't included.
- What is the difference between a sales licence and a production licence?
- A sales licence is for the sales desk: leads, customers, quotes, and the dashboard, plus orders and invoicing on Pro. A production licence is for the shop floor: the Production Portal, material requisitions, the BOM Explorer, and Inventory. Production licences come with Pro.
- What's the difference between CRM and Pro?
- CRM is the sales side on its own: leads, customers, deals, quotes, the margin calculator, reports, and AI insights. Pro adds everything that happens after a quote is won: orders, invoicing, returns, inventory, and production. On Pro, an admin can switch off the parts you don't use.
- How are CRM and Pro priced?
- Per seat, with no base fee. On CRM, a sales licence is $9.99 CAD a month. On Pro, a sales licence is $14.99 and a production licence is $6.99. Once you have four or more licences of one kind, every licence of that kind drops to the lower rate: $7.99 on CRM, and $11.99 for sales or $4.99 for production on Pro. So four CRM licences come to $31.96 a month, not $39.96. You can add or remove licences any time.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. CRM and Pro start with a 30-day free trial, whether you pay monthly or yearly. We take a card at sign-up and the first charge falls when the trial ends. Lite is free and needs no card.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes. You get twelve months for the price of ten. The free trial still comes first: the year is charged in one payment when the 30-day trial ends.
- What currency will I pay in?
- Canadian companies pay in Canadian dollars, which is what this page shows. Customers in the US and everywhere else are billed in US dollars, and the sign-up page shows the price in USD. Inside the app, you can quote and invoice in CAD or USD.
- Do I need to talk to sales?
- No. You sign up yourself, and the price you see is the price you pay. Use the Register button at the top of any page to get started.
