Once a quote turns into an order, the shop needs to know what to build, when it's due, and where it's at. Production in Modustra IQ works on a simple rule: one build per order line. Every line on every open order becomes a build with its own number, delivery date, customer, part number, quantity, and phase, so the shop floor and the sales desk look at the same list.
You define the phases: pre-production, procurement, in production, pre-test, final assembly, final test, QA, finished, or whatever steps your shop really uses. You set them up once under Settings. Click a build to update its phase, delivery date, and notes. Filter by build or part number or by delivery window, or jump straight to what's late, at risk, or coming up.
Select the builds you're about to start and export a material requisition: every part and quantity they need, rolled up from their bills of materials and ready for purchasing or the stockroom. Two more tools back this up. The BOM Explorer shows what every part in the catalog is made of, and Inventory tracks what you buy in and use up making it.

Every part in the catalog and what it's made of. Open a part to see its bill of materials, drill into any sub-assembly the same way, and click a component to see its stock: on hand, on order, committed to builds, supplier, and recent movements. It shows material costs only. Selling prices don't appear here.
Inventory
The materials you buy in and use up making what you sell. On hand is calculated from every movement against an item, so you can always see how a balance got where it is. The total value of stock at cost sits at the top of the list.
